My kitchen, large enough for lots of cooks, has seen dinners made, and birthdays and holiday gatherings too many and wonderful to count. My dining room can accommodate at least 14 people if the table is extended enough. There are so many happy memories of the family relaxing and celebrating in the living room, with the fireplace crackling in the winter while watching the snow fall out of the huge bay window. I have four spacious bedrooms with good size closets so everyone can have a bit of personal space, and my hardwood floors shine, making cleaning a breeze! Speaking of breezes, my breezeway/mudroom has so many options for useful space! You decide! If you need a teen hangout or a multi purpose room, come down to the basement and check out all of my finished space, it's pretty wonderful. The possibilities are endless what you can do down here. I even offer a 3/4 bath next to the laundry room, complete with a laundry chute from the main floor! In my younger days, I had a pool in the side yard, with tons of summer fun. There's a play gym there now for different fun! In my back yard, you would never know you're in the city. It's private and perfect for grilling, or relaxing and enjoying the beautiful perennials.
